Shipping Policy
Processing time Every order is hand-picked and packed by us. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to ship. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
United States
- Standard shipping: $12 (free on clothing and accessory orders of $100 or more)
- Economy shipping: $9.99
- Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Home décor ships within the U.S. only, at live carrier rates calculated at checkout.
International We ship clothing and accessories to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Prices are shown in your local currency, and import duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's cost.
Lost or stolen packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, please contact us.
