Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Every order is packed by hand, so please allow 5–7 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, and international delivery estimates are shown at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
U.S. orders ship for $12 (Standard) or $9.99 (Economy), and Standard shipping is free on clothing and accessory orders of $100 or more. Home décor ships at live carrier rates based on size and destination, shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, prices are shown in your local currency, and import duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to change or cancel it. Please double-check your items and shipping address before checking out.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, email customerservice@shopcoastalcowgirls.com. Items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted. See our full Refund Policy.
Can I return sale items?
No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Fit & Care
How do your items fit?
Fit varies by style, so each product page includes fit notes and sizing details. Most of our corset tops run true to size and have an adjustable lace-up back. Check our Size Guide, and if you're between sizes, email us and we'll gladly help.
Are your hats adjustable?
Most of our cowboy hats have an adjustable inner strap or band for a secure fit. Head measurements are listed on each hat's product page.
How do I care for my items?
Follow the care instructions on each product page. Many of our suede and faux suede pieces are dry clean only. We recommend spot cleaning hats.

Where are you based?
Coastal Cowgirls was founded in Hermosa Beach, California, and is now run from northwestern Montana, where coastal ease meets western spirit. Read our story.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles are limited runs, while others may be restocked based on demand. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know about new arrivals and restocks.
